5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• If you wish to withdraw after accepting a bonus, the bonus can be cancelled, but any winnings earned from the bonus will also be cancelled.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Example: if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the maximum cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220. Cashback is credited directly to the account and separate wagering conditions apply.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or postponed, or if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tk 6666 may cancel the relevant bet and return the stake.

6.3 Technical Issues
